Surrounded by an unspoiled national park and full of beautiful bays and beaches that can only be accessed by boat, Pittwater is a large sheltered waterway, ideal for recreational sailing – or a smooth water party charter.
Swim off the boat to beaches such as The Basin, Towlers Bay or Portuguese Beach. On a full day charter visit private bays such as America & Refuge Bay where you can shower under the waterfall right on the beach.
Sail around Scotland Island, explore West Head (nature park) or extend your charter and enjoy sailing opportunities on Broken Bay, past Lion Island maybe head over to Patonga or up to Cottage Point for lunch or coffee.

Experience the space and relaxation of level sailing or motoring on a skippered catamaran charter. Or for a big group up to 20 people a cat is the perfect party platform, we have two available for skippered charter.
Tekin, a 1996 Seawind 1000 catamaran, has for years been one of Pittwater’s most popular day charter catamarans. She is the perfect catamaran for 2 to 3 couples, families or a large party group up to 20.
Kick’N Back, a newer Seawind 1000 catamaran, is like Tekin but it also comes with a 8-man RIB tender with outboard so you can easily get your group to shore. Again, she is available for up to 20 guests plus master/crew.

Popular for budget skippered yacht charters, The Frog is a 2003 Beneteau Oceanis 39, also suited for groups of up to 10 plus skipper/crew.

Skippered Yacht Charter Frequently Asked Questions
How long does an Allsail skippered yacht or catamaran charter last?
Allsail skippered charters begin at a minimum of 4 hours, however, you can extend your charter.
Many people opt for 5 or 6 hours or a full day (7 hour) charter – extra fees apply.
Evening charters are also available – fees vary by yacht.
What’s included in an Allsail a skippered yacht or catamaran charter?
Your skippered charter includes boat hire, fuel and fully qualified friendly and knowledgeable skipper, plus deckhand/hostess is also available, if required.
You provide your own food and alcohol – we can recommend caterers but do not provide catering. For large groups we suggest you bring disposable plates and cutlery – or we have some crockery, glassware and cutlery depending on the boat. We also have refrigeration and drinks cooling capacity – just ask us when you book.
What does a typical skippered charter itinerary look like?
Our 4-hour charter itinerary usually look something like this:
- Introductory briefing,
- Sail or motor around Pittwater
- Anchoring or moor in a bay for lunch/ drinks and a swim – popular destinations include the Basin, Towlers Bay or Portuguese beach
- Sail or motor back to Allsail

How much is an Allsail skippered yacht or catamaran charter?
Allsail Catamaran charter starts at $1700 for four hours.
Allsail Yacht Charter starts at $1500 for four hours.

What are the skippered yacht charter pick up and drop off locations?
Our main base for pickup and return is Church Point, however, alternatives are Newport Wharf and Palm Beach wharf – both are weather dependent and incur an extra fee.
You might want to also consider a meal before or after at the Pasadena or Waterfront Store restaurant next to our Church Point base, or enjoy pre or post drinks at the Newport Arms.
